Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: July 1, 2026

At Inexol (accessible via inexol.com), we strive to deliver high-performance digital ecosystems, custom software solutions, and architectural designs of the highest engineering standard. Because our services involve dedicated technical engineering, custom asset creation, and milestone-based allocations, our refund and cancellation terms are clearly defined below.

If you have any questions regarding your development cycle, service agreements, or wish to discuss a billing concern, please contact our financial operations team directly at billing@inexol.com.

1. Technical Discovery & Pre-Work

Payments made for initial technical discovery phases, interactive UI/UX prototyping, system blueprints, or architectural research are **non-refundable**. These fees cover the direct engineering hours and computational resources allocated to analyze your project specifications and establish software blueprints.

2. Milestone-Based Software Development

For full-stack engineering, web development, and cloud integration contracts, projects are advanced based on predefined architectural milestones (e.g., Sprint completions, API integration layers, beta testing releases).

  • Once a specific development milestone is approved by the client or successfully completed in accordance with the project roadmap, the payment associated with that milestone is completely non-refundable.
  • If a project is halted or terminated mid-milestone, Inexol reserves the right to retain the initial deposit or invoice proportionally for the exact engineering hours logged up to the date of cancellation.

3. Project Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel their service agreement at any time by providing written notice to their dedicated project manager. Upon cancellation, all active continuous integration pipelines (CI/CD), development staging instances, and database repositories linked to the account will be systematically spun down or transferred as per contractual terms. Any outstanding hours logged by our development team prior to the official written cancellation notice must be settled in full.

4. Exclusions

Refunds or partial credits will not be granted under any circumstances for the following instances:

  • Delays caused by third-party API dependencies, third-party plugin conflicts, or host infrastructure errors outside of Inexol's native environment.
  • Changes in initial client requirements or feature sets after the foundational system architecture has already been engineered.
  • Completed software assets that have already been deployed to public application servers or live production environments.

5. Dispute Resolution

We are dedicated to collaborative engineering excellence. Before initiating a dispute or chargeback with payment gateways, we request that clients open a formal evaluation ticket with our billing department so our technical managers can resolve architectural mismatches or deployment bottlenecks systematically.
